Harry Basehart, 91ÖÆƬ³§ faculty emeritus and founding co-director of PACE, and David Parker, chair of the Wicomico County Republican Central Committee and professor of mathematics at 91ÖÆƬ³§, speak on “Evolution of Republican and Democratic Ideologies.” Don Rush, news director for Delmarva Public Radio, moderates.
